3. Understanding Listings

Pay close attention to the item’s condition, any reserve prices (if applicable), and shipping or pickup details. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact the seller before placing a bid.

4. Placing Bids

To place a bid, enter the amount you’re willing to offer in the ‘Your Bid’ field and click the ‘Bid’ button. Your bid must meet or exceed the current bid and any minimum bid increment.

5. Automatic Bidding

For your convenience, you can set a maximum bid. Our system will automatically bid on your behalf, up to your maximum, to keep you in the lead.

6. Auction End Times & Extensions

Each auction has a specific end date and time. Note that our system may extend the auction time if a bid is placed within the final 30 seconds, giving other bidders a chance to respond.

7. Payment Options

Once you’ve won an auction, you’ll receive a notification with payment instructions. We offer a variety of secure payment options, including credit cards and PayPal.

8. Scheduling Pickup

Many items are available for local pickup. You can schedule your pickup directly through the website after your payment has been processed.

9. Shipping

For items eligible for shipping, you’ll receive tracking information once your item has been dispatched.
